This was definitely one of our favourite house clearance projects! This stunning manor house, required a full house clearance including the sheds and outbuildings.
It took our team 2 days, filling 7 Luton vans with a range of items from furniture, to antiques and general waste. We provided a haulage service to take most of the items to auction and the rest we disposed of responsibly.
This particular clearance stands out as we were lucky to find some very interesting and unusual items, such as teeth and a skull!
Full House Clearance in Pontesbury, Shrewsbury
Due to the overgrown plants and neighbours dumping their unwanted goods, this garden space became infested with rats and deemed unsafe by Environmental Health. Wrekin Clearances were asked to provide a full garden clearance service.
It took our team of 3 men, a whole day filling half of our luton van with garden rubbish.

As you can see from the photos we left a blank canvas for the garden to be transformed into a usable, safe space.

We were approached by a local landlord who had tenants from hell and they left his three bedroom house in a terrible way. He didn't know where to begin clearing the place out ready for new tenants and called in Wrekin Clearances to provide a full house clearance service.
Full of unwanted furniture and clothes that the tenants left behind, including bulky furniture such a beds, mattresses and sofas, it took our team 6 hours to clear.

This definitely was a challenging full house clearance, but at Wrekin Clearances we will get stuck in with any job and don't mind getting our hands dirty!
Full House Clearance in Madeley, Telford
We provided the Telford & Wrekin council with a house clearance of a 1 bedroom council house, as the previous tenant had passed away. Our house clearance service also included the removal of all the carpets and a basic clean.
It took a couple of hours to complete before handing it back to the local authorities to provide someone a new home.
